In the first half of 2017, a 24-hour unattended reading house was built in Gaoyou, Jiangsu province. Through several basic service facilities construction, a public library service network system has been initially formed, with Gaoyou City library as the main library, township library as the branch library, rural libraries and communities as the service point, mobiles library van and 24-hour self-service library as the supplement.
